#this show took some turns down some suspect alleys along the way but #as manifestos go the ‘shared power’ theme running through this scene TAKES SOME F*CKING BEATNG #a giant ‘screw you’ to the Batman-esque Saviour complex running though most dude-focussed superhero franchises #’it’s me and only me who must save the helpless!’ vs ‘HERE TAKE THIS - AND USE IT TO SAVE YOURSELF AND OTHERS’ #you don’t hide power and hoard power and swoop in to impose your power on others to ‘save’ them #you share it #you teach it #’are you ready to be strong?’ #[i’m not crying YOU’RE crying] (via harrietvane)

"Ninja" Themed Erotica, some weird, all tacky.
Do you think they have the permission of the Mortal Combat Jade cosplayer up there?
Reblogged for the Abraham Lincoln reference. After all, he went down in history for his mad ninja skills and sweet lovemaking.
Disney Profiles #3: Mary Blair
Occupation: Concept Artist and Imagineer
Mary Blair was largely responsible for the creating the striking, colorful look that defined many of Disney’s classic movies from the 1940’s and 1950’s. She was an important concept artist and background painter for many of the studio’s movies, including Saludos Amigos, Song of the South, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, and Peter Pan, as well as many others.
She later became an Imagineer, during which she was a primary designer of It’s a Small World, and a mural she created is on display at Disney’s Contemporary Resort hotel in Walt Disney World.
She became a Disney Legend in 1991, and was even honored with a Google Doodle in 2011!
